A nicely constructed set of apartments, unique in the large variety of floorplans, many with vaulted ceilings and unique and creative architecture.

The complex has been plagued by a series of owners who've mismanaged the property, letting the apartments fall into disrepair and constantly changing policies that disenfranchise residents. The latest management, which took ownership in 2006, has spent much money on minor cosmetic changes such as cheap paint-jobs on the buildings and parking lot "resurfacing" then increasing rent and service charges for all residents.
