Further down the road, not far from here, is where MOTHER TERESA made her contribution
to India and paved her way to becoming a saint in the Catholic church
Denzil Brown.

  • This church was very popular with the Anglo Indian community who lived in the Entally Area. Most remembered priests in this church were Fathers Roland, Henry and Nicoise who were from Belgium. They played an active part in the Parish community especially with the Bengali christians, and all spoke fluent Bengali. My parents were married in St Teresa's and myself and all my siblings were baptised in this Parish.
