Hala Sultan Tomb remained in Southern Cyprus. Hz. "Hala Sultan", who was the aunt of our Prophet Muhammad and participated in the conquest of Cyprus, was martyred with an arrow in the war and was buried where she died. Her grave is located under a large stone, which is said to be in the air and covers the place where she is.

The architecture of the Hala Sultan Mosque, whose foundation was laid on September 27, 2013, was inspired by the Selimiye Mosque in Edirne, Turkey. There are still social areas such as classrooms, multi-purpose halls, dining hall and cafeteria in the Sultan Mosque and Complex.

The mosque has an area of 3 thousand 500 square meters. In the Hala Sultan Mosque, along with its courtyard, 7,500 people will be able to worship. Lefkoşa Hala Sultan Mosque, which has 4 minarets, 62 meters high, each with three balconies, continues to host its visitors.
