University Commons is the first urban, vertical retail structure in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is situated on the property of the former Fulton Bellows & Components plant, just off Kingston Pike. Located in the heart of Knoxville, and just minutes from the central business district, University Commons is within walking distance of the UT campus.

This one-of-a-kind retail center is home to two of the most recognizable and financially secure grocery/retail brands in the country: Publix and Walmart. With both tenants signing 20-year leases, the development will maintain a very financially stable core. Along with these long-term anchor leases, University Commons includes approximately 40,000 square feet of retail shops with shorter leases.
