Zadakudar is a beautiful village. It is situated at the confluence of the river Brahmani and the river Chandri. Zadakudar is a Gram Panchayat of Lathikata Block. Zadakudar Panchayat is consists of five villages namely; Zadakudar, Jhorabahal, Arba Jhorabahal, Gopodi and Buchahanda. It is also a Post Office. Zadakudar is having Disco bazar on very Saterday afternoon where fresh vegetables, natural farm products and forest products are available. Village has also a beautiful Lutheran Church, Primary School, ME School, High School and a common play ground. It is predominantly a Tribal christian village. Munda, Oram and Badaik are the main tribal groups. About 99% are Christian(Lutheran 78%, Catholics 21%, Hindus 1%). People are mostly farmers. They also catch plenty of fish from near by rivers during rainy season. Village is blessed with valuable trees like Saal tree, Mahua tree and Baniyan tree. Its natural beauty and green pasture always catch people´s attention.
