Agricultural farm with a total land area of 3.5 hectares situated at Brgy. Amungan, Iba, Zambales, approximately 6 kilometers away from Iba town proper and only 15-20 minutes travelling by vehicle.

The farm is accessible via Kawayan-Kiling road which makes transporting of goods or products to market towns or distribution centers easy.

On the east side of the farm is a small creek that could provide natural source of irrigation to assist in the growing of agricultural crops, maintenance of landscapes, and re-vegetation of disturbed soils in dry areas and during periods of inadequate rainfall.

The location of the farm is also within reach of service of ZAMECO, a power distributor in the province of Zambales.
