Edible snails found in the rocks above water level. Bring sufficient water to cover, to a rolling boil, add snails, continue to boil for about 10 minutes. Remove snail meat from shells and let rest in Garlic butter for about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve/enjoy...with a "coldbeer" or choice drink of the hour.
