Notes: Built as part of the Mountain Brook Estates planned community. It contains five commercial storefronts, with offices above and is significant as an early example of the planned community concept. The five storefronts originally contained a contractor, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a general store and an interior decorator when it was constructed.
