Welcome to the Inland Waterway Provision Company!

Located at Mile Marker 181.5 on the Intracoastal Waterway, the Provision Company is just yards from the town's two 48-hour free docks. Known as the "Sailing Capital of North Carolina" our little riverside village is a stopping place for both power and sail boats of all makes and sizes. We are a mostly fully stocked marine store and what we don't have we can order for you, usually with overnight delivery so you can be back out on the water in no time. Captains can even call ahead and we'll have whatever part you need waiting for you when you get here. We offer complimentary bikes to boaters to make your exploring and restocking easier.

The Provision Company is also a gift and clothing store with T-shirts galore and other casual wear, shoes, hats, bags and sunglasses. Check out our Odds 'n Ends aisles where you'll find that odd piece of plumbing or boat part you need that no one else carries!

For those of you who long to get out on the water but don't have a means to do so, we rent kayaks and paddle boards!
