    This is the birthplace of Dr. Dinesh Biswas. He stood third in Matriculation Exam in the pre-partition Bengal - an astonishing feat for a poor downtrodden person. He was the third doctorate (After Bhagabati Thankur and Kumud Majumdar) of our Namasudra Community. An idol and inspiration to a lot of poor and downtrodden people like myself, our humble achievements are largely due to his towering educational persona.
