PKSI was founded in 1972 as a construction industry combine, consisting of the production of concrete products, metal structures, woodworking and sawmilling.
OJSC "Pinsk Combine of Construction Industry" was created by order of the Ministry of State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of March 31, 1994, No. 88 by transforming a state enterprise in accordance with the legislation on joint stock companies, on denationalization and privatization of state property in the Republic of Belarus. The company is the successor of the rights and obligations of the named state enterprise. The Company was registered as a legal entity by the decision of the Pinsk Executive Committee of the City Council of People's Deputies dated June 02, 1994, No. 347 on the basis of the Company's Charter, approved by the Ministry of State Property Management and Privatization on March 31, 1994.
JSC "PKSI" was founded in 1971 on the basis of a plant of reinforced concrete products.
Stages of implementation of the plant's production facilities:
1970 - precast concrete workshop;
1971-1972 - base of mechanization and special organizations;
1973 - woodworking shop;
1983-1991 - it was reconstructed;
1976 - section for anti-corrosion insulation of steel pipes;
1983-1984 - sawmill shop;
1973 - metalware workshop.
Closer to the 90s, it was planned to modernize production and complete workshops to ensure the construction of a new microdistrict of the city of Pinsk, which was supposed to be located north of the Amkodor plant (even then it was an unfinished workshop of Kuzlitmash). The district project was organized with the support of Glavmosstroy, but due to the collapse of the USSR, it was canceled and lost.
The plant is now bankrupt.
A little about the situation with the bankruptcy of the enterprise:

“To go into the red on a lucrative contract, you need to try very hard. The Pinsk Combine of the Construction Industry did it. The company was offered free sand that could be used in production, saving a couple of hundred million rubles on this. But the material turned out to be unusable, and the deal was declared illegal. Instead of profit, the KSI received problems with state control, which threatened with serious fines ... "
