Home of Stenhousemuir FC, who at the time of writing play in the Scottish Third Division and is named after the impressive sights of the Ochil Hills that can be seen from the stadium. The ground is built immediately next door to McCowan's Toffee factory, where the famous penny caramel dainty is made, one of Scotland's most iconic sweets and on some days, the locals often say the best thing about a game is the sweet smell from the factory!
The nearest train station is Larbert station, about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop is just around the corner and is served by the 10/11 circular buses.

The "Warriors'" home ground perhaps had it's heyday back in the late 1940's when over 12,500 fans pack into the stadium for a game against East Fife and although the team have nearly always played in the lowest Scottish league there have been some notable events that have occured here.

The first ever league match, in Scottish football, to be lit by floodlights took place here in November 1951, when Hibernian FC were the visitors.

In 1955, English football legend Stanley Matthews played a one off charity game for Stenhousemuir against local rivals Falkirk at Ochilview. Stenhousemuir also hold a dubious record as being the only team in Scottish football to have been relegated before they were ever promoted.

The stadium also seen Premier League Aberdeen humbled 2-0 by Stenhousemuir in a Scottish Cup game, the week after First Division St. Johnstone went home licking their wounds after a 4-0 reversal in the same competition. In what was a golden era for the club during the mid-1990's.

Stenhousemuir are also famous for their Norwegian supporters club, that travel to Scotland several times a season to support the mighty Warriors and the main stand in the ground is called The Norway Stand in their honour.
