A small bronze memorial plaque on the spot where former Senator Benigno Simeon Aquino, Jr. lay dying when he was assassinated on August 21, 1983.

Every year on the anniversary of his assassination–which is a national holiday–supporters and flowers lay flowers and wreaths at the site.
