SHORE Solutions Inc. was established in 2005 as a consultancy for companies looking to offshore their operations. In 2010, we started to offer contact center and BPO services. In 2012, we launched the IT and Professional Services business line and by the end of the year, we concluded our acquisition of Rainmaker Asia Inc. (RAI), a leading provider of telesales, integrated marketing services, and hosted e-commerce services.

We focus on delivering on our commitment of dynamic outsourcing, exceptional outcomes by addressing client requirements for contact center, BPO, IT and professional services via a range of customizable outsourcing models. Our unique, boutique-style approach to outsourcing is done through hands-on collaboration, strong client focus and operational excellence.
