Liberty Commodities Corporation (LCC) is a part of the Liberty Complex (with Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. as flagship company), a group of companies involved in a wide range of enterprises including food processing and marketing, animal feed, agribusiness, chemicals, plastics, real estate and food service.

LCC was organized in June 1965 as "Wheat Products, Inc." This came about because of the enactment of the Retail Trade Nationalization Law, prohibiting companies with foreign stockholdings from engaging in retail sales. Since Liberty Flour Mills (LFM) fell under this category, its Filipino shareholders decided to organize a marketing firm to distribute LFM’s wheat–based products consisting of bakery flour, cake mixes, snacks and pollard. The name was changed to Liberty Commodities Corporation (LCC) on its second year in anticipation of diversification into other lines of business.

LCC’s main product is the “Maya” brand hotcakes, pancakes, brownies and others. Capping all these is ISO 9001:2008 certification for the manufacture and selling of flour–based food products. This is a global quality seal attesting to a management system in place that meets international standards.

LCC’s corporate office is located at the 8F Liberty Building, Arnaiz Avenue, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
