Dayao Bay phase-3 container terminal.Dalian International Container Terminal Co.,Ltd("DICT") is a joint venture invested by Dalian Port Container Co.,Ltd.China Shipping Terminal Development Co.,Ltd.China Shipping Terminal Development(Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd and Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha with a total investment of 4 billion RMB.It is planned to build 5 berths.The stock proportions of each shareholder are 40%,30%,10% and 20% respectively.The joint venture is responsible to construct and operate the Dayao Bay phase-3 container terminal in Dalian.
DICT is specialized in container loading,discharging,transporting,stacking,storage,transship-
ment and multi-modal transportation.The company will do her outmost to provide customers with convenient,safe,efficient and low cost services.
DICT will absorb the shareholders'heroic spirit,and endeavors to contribute to the growth of the exportleading economy of North China,and ultimately construct Dalian port to be the shipping center of Northeast Asia and an international container pivot.
