Centenary Mill, formerly Horrockses Mill, is a Grade Two listed building which has 180 flats and 23 flats in outside buildings. It was redeveloped after Horrockses Mill fell in a state of dereliction and disrepair and the flats, which cost between 110,000 and 160,000, were snapped up within six weeks of going on the market in December 2004.
