MATAHARI SAKTI is the name of well established Shrimp Feed manufacture, the words was derived from Indonesian Language, which Matahari signifies sun, the main source of energy in the world; while Sakti signifies “magically powerful”. As much as anything else, all these keep the company producing high qualified feed for customer satisfaction. The company founded on 23 January 1988 and located at industrial area; in the Western part of Surabaya, Indonesia, commenced its operation in the same year.
“Qualified Feed for Customer Satisfaction” is not just an empty talk, but its real sacred motto that become the catalyst of its working motivation aimed to give its certain satisfaction that is always fiercely maintained.

One of the Matahari Sakti popular product for shrimp feed named, FENG-LI, which had been known and gained absolute trust among shrimp farmers. Feng-Li is derived from the Chinese language meaning prosperity or fertility.

Aside from Feng-Li, matahari Sakti, in its diversification due to market demands, also produce trademark of “TATA and Kaiohji” for the types of shrimp; “Sinar Intan and Prima Feed” for types of fish; and one of also our acknowledged product among Indonesia for singing birds is called “Chirpy”.

PT. Matahari Sakti (MS) corporation is a privately own company that produces shrimp and fish feed. The company was established in 1988 and the headquarter is located in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.

In the beginning, PT. Matahari Sakti just produced feed for black tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) and white shrimp (Penaeus Merguensis). However, tagging along with the company’s slogan “Qualified feed for customer satisfaction”, and the company’s commitment to quality enables the company to survive and expand.

PT. Matahari Sakti continues with research and development in order to find the perfect formulation for the aquaculture farming. In 1998, PT. Matahari Sakti diversified the product which now includes: Shrimp Feed, Fish Feed, Ornamental Fish Feed, Bird Food and Dog Food.

Along with the development of Indonesian Aquaculture, MS expand it self to open up the second factory located in Pasuruan. Having so many years of experience enables PT. Matahari Sakti to keep growing. The company slogan now is “Quality, Innovation and Smart Solution for successful Businesses”.
