The Agarwal Group

Agarwal Group was started with only two people in 1966 and now, more than 15,000 people are associated with it directly or indirectly. The group has more than 100 branches spread throughout the country with a total annual turnover of more than 15,000 Crore.

The Group has established its recognition in various business segments like import of coal, shipping, transportation, real estate, finance, construction, entertainment, education as well as industries like packaging, flour-mill and wind-power etc.

Every year, more than 10 Million tonne coal is imported from various countries like Indonesia, South Africa, Philippines, Columbia, Russia, China, America and it is distributed from 15 major ports of India like Magdalla, Navlakhi, Kandla, Mundra, Porbandar, Vizag, Chennai, Tuticorin, Haldia, New Mangalore, Gangavaram, Krishnapattanam, Karaikal, Jaigarh, Dharamtar etc. Coal is supplied to more than 3000 plants in India in which the main are; power plants, captive power plants, cement, rayon, steel, aluminium, textile etc.

The group is also actively involved in education and has setup its four schools which includes the internationally renowned Agarwal Public School (Indore), Chameli Devi Public School (Keshar Bag, Indore) and Chameli Devi Public School II (Yeshwant Plaza, Indore) and now recently added APS Day School (Bicholi Mardana Indore ) Management and Engineering Colleges like Chameli Devi Institute of Technology and Management and Chameli Devi Institute of Management and Research in Indore.

The group is also involved in publication of course books through LBF Publications Pvt. Ltd. In a very short span of time, more than 25 Lakh books have been published and are implemented in approximately 2000 schools through an Authorised Sales Network spread all over India.

  • Hi, I am a student of Chameli devi public school.It is very wrong assumption that Chameli Devi is bad as I am a student of this school I can say that it is one of the best school in indore.It is affilated to CBSE and always produce so much talent every year.

  • Hi... I am also a student of C.D.P.S. No matter it is best school in education of Indore. But the thing I don't like is there is no daily sports and there are no picnics.
