Molokini is an offshore volcanic crater south of Ma‘alaea Bay, Maui, Hawaii and part of Maui County. It is a popular destination for SCUBA diving and snorkeling with many tourist boats coming each day from the south coast of Maui.

  • Went snorkeling here many years ago. The top rim of the crater is "tilted" so that one is under water while one side is above. Inside the bowl is where the fish are.
