Footbridge along big Kemeri bog

After serious reconstruction, Ķemeri bog trail is now again open and offers fabulous walk along wooden planks through an intact raised bog. Footbridge will take you into the kingdom of moss, pine trees, pools and lakes. If you are careful, you will see insectivorous plant – sundew, as well as a variety of birds - bog sandpipers, white wagtail, wood pipit, but perhaps you will hear a crane somewhere in a distance. Shorter walk lovers can go over the small circle of the footbridge, while others can explore the big circle, and the biggest prize will be a sightseeing platform, which offers a spectacular view of the swamp landscape from above.
