  Baltikuri halt junction, non-existent Railway station with no Railway platform The Baltikuri halt junction, though having existence in Google maps, is presently a non-existent Railway station with no Railway platforms as on date. Faulty planning of the concerned authorities in charge while selecting a location/site for railway platforms has resulted in its proposed location / site, devoid of foremost and primary criteria of having proper connectivity with Makardah Road. ………. Are the authorities listening …….. It is high time for them to stop the wastage of Public money and rectify their fault before any further damage is done as the work of doubling of railway lines from Andul to Bhattanagar is about to be executed. Let it not transpire into another Kona Railway platform having no proper connectivity. For convenience of the masses of the locality, the location / site of the said platform be shifted about 500 mts in the direction towards Bankra Nayabaz Railway Station to provide good connectivity with the Makardah Road.
