  If you like the smell of curry in the morning, this is the place for you! Transpacific calls made to India at 3:00 am with shouting at the top of their lungs, kids running around and screaming until 1:00 am. Never heard of manners or consideration. 4 guys in a 1 bedroom. Apartments ancient, not maintained and the owner is a despot with visions of grandeur. He thinks he has won the lotto with this building. Good formula: increase the rents, don't do any upkeep. Laundry room gets burgled all the time and the washers and dryers are ancient and broken or eat your quarters. Management specializes in never caring and using unsafe maintenance practices.
