The building is located in the historic center of Apecchio (PU).
The palace was built at two different times in 1300 and early 1500. The central part consists of a square courtyard surrounded by a portico with a barrel vault supported by eight columns with Ionic capitals.
Above the colonnade running elegant windows with round arches and cornices adorned with the coat of arms of the first Ubaldinis (the lily of Florence), later changed with the head of a deer Emperor Frederick II gave to Count Ubaldino Ubaldinis for a feat.
Much of the palace was destroyed by an earthquake in 1781 that spared, in addition to the backyard, just a lounge on the ground floor and part of the entrance steps to the main floor.
