A modern housing development which went up in 2009, and has spearheaded the revival of the Gorbals.

The site has a colourful history, of course. It was the site of the infamous Hutchesontown C project, which consisted of two massive Brutalist tower blocks designed by the controversial architect Basil Spence. The utopian vision made of concrete soon turned to misery as the buildings developed damp, decay and social problems and came to symbolise everything that was wrong with Glasgow's grand regeneration experiment of the 1960s. After several failed attempts at salvaging them, the derided buildings were blown down in 1994, killing a spectator in the process.

New housing was erected in the 2010's - one of the blocks even has end balconies as an architectural homage to Spence's infamous towers.
