Die Kirche St. Pantaleon (mazedonisch: Црква Свети Пантелејмон) in Gorno Nerezi nahe Skopje ist eine der ältesten und bedeutendsten Kirchen in Mazedonien und ist ein gutes Beispiel für eine byzantinische Kreuzkuppelkirche komnenischer Zeit. Sie ist dem Hl. Panteleimon, dem Patron der Ärzte geweiht.
