The Chantelet farm is the farm where Marshal Ney spent the night of June 17 to 18, 1815 on the eve of the Battle of Waterloo.

It was at the heart of the Franco-Prussian clashes on June 17 and 18, 1815, which followed the Battle of Quatre-Bras.
