Second biggest natural lake on the Faroe Islands. It coveres 1,03 km², max depth 45 meters and it lies 92 meters above sea level. It's glacial lake. Many rivers flow into it, from which the main one is Marknará. Only river which flows out is Repisá which end is Repisáfossur - waterfall which falls into Atlantic Ocean.
