  This is an international trading place. People from other not so developed countries, like Slovakia and Hungaria come to buy goods and clothes here. This market is directed by lokal mafia.

  It's called the bazaar here. The small stores are filled with a variety of goods. Most of the time the prices are lower than in the stores downtown. Not the best place for souvenirs.
