The building is named after Gregorio Benito, father of Rev. Fr. Wilfredo S. Benito. This is a 4-storey building that looks like a duplex from the outside. The building faces North and is painted in two distinct colors which separate the two main homes in the building. The western side is home of Corazon S. Benito and family while the eastern side is home of Anita S. Benito. The eastern side is subdivided further for Anita's children who have families of their own. The third-floor is a roof deck and is a communal area for the whole clan, it has a garden called Jardin Remedios, and also has rooms for guests and serve as temporary board and lodging for the reverend father during his days-off and vacation.
