Since its grand opening in 1996, FISCHAPARK has become the most important shopping center in Wiener Neustadt and one of the leading business venues in the city. The operator SES is investing over 100 million Euros to expand its location in Wiener Neustadt to 42,800 square meters of retail space. Construction work started in September 2012 and will be finished in Spring of 2014.

The number of shops will increase from 46 to 100 and the number of free parking spaces will be increased from 1,300 to 1,800. Meanwhile the center stays open for business.
