Part of this land near the highway was disputed by the landgrabber Pasda family and the Antonio family. The Pasda family sold this to a real estate developer who failed to check on the ownership of the land. The Antonio family won the court case but some of the adjacent lots are still disputed. Beware of Land grabbers!!!
