Opened in 1960, this plant is one of the largest lamp manufacturing facilities in Japan. All lamp types are manufactured here including Incandescent, H.I.D., Fluorescent and I.R/U.V. sources. The plant is ensuring its future by embracing solid state lighting (L.E.D.) lighting technology which will probably replace most other light sources in the near future.
