Casa Lluvia was built by architect Ignasi Oms y Ponsa (1863-1914) in 1908 in a modernist style. Asymmetrical volumes are crowned by two different towers.
The house is situated in the centre of Manresa. The garden features little greenery and is enclosed by a cast iron fence.
