  Dear Sir, I do have a Nokia N97 with 48Gb on board but everytime the C drive is running out of space I have been for more than 3 times to your service point in Schiedam 3112 KJ Lozentlaan 6 and to you service point Plompertstraat 14 3087 BD in Rotterdam. I did have more than 6 times connections with Bart the Belgie person in London and his collega overthere also in Holland What is the problem: Everytime the C drive is running out of space when I do download the Apps for this problem I did go three times to KPN service point in Barendrecht in Holland. I did buy 3x the programs Quickoffice Pro - Adobe Reader LE 2.5 and QuickID on one telephone it's working the Nokia N95 8GB I did inform Bart telefoon from Holland 0900-20-26055 and every time the programs did not showup in Nokia Suite when I did open the Login program and it should have to be that if you connect with this program that i would turn the programs back on my N97 Mobile telefone. The Service number I got from Bart and where he connected me with is 1-12121959526 can ( read will not help me ) This week I would get one envelope to send back my N97 with 48GB mobile telephone and than I would get back a new N97 in 1 or 1 1/2 week later but I did not get the envelope up to now on this moment. I did tell them that I do not beleave anymore in the Nokia N97 mobile telefone because of the next reasons. 1 A friend of my who was director of Esso Chemie did stop in 3 of 4 months because of the problems with this Nokia mobile N97 2 The husband of the SAD dislection group had the same terrible problems with the N97 Nokia 3 The inventer his brother sad to me this morning that the sceme failled and turned black and he did have the same problems as I had with this. I myself am advisor connected for OKB with all the chambers of commerce in Holland and I do not want a inferieur product because the law say that I do have to pay but that's means that Nokia have to make that the product has to work well . Even a ingenineur of Nokia left this company because of the problems of this Nokia N97 there were to muchs buggs in the develping of this telephone. What do I acpect from the Nokia company ? At least an eagle Phone by example a Lumia 700 or 800 because there can not be a good feeling in a other Nokia N97 I do hope that you take this seriuosly? I want to get answer in 24 hours otherwise I will send my graves to the television program Radar because Nokia did not take enough to solve the problem .
