We're a growing team of industry professionals joining hands towards enhancing the employability of the young talent at the grassroots of India.
Today we're dealing with a unique problem. On one extreme, we've multitude of colleges offering wide variety of courses & degrees to the young talent in India, on the other side, the Industry or economy at large is facing a talent shortage. So, where is the Talent? why is the Industry not able to absorb the talent pool widely available?. The root cause of this problem lies with the "lack of employability". Employability is about suitability (having the qualifications, skills, experience etc.) and likeability (having a personality that will appeal to the culture of the organization, the line manager, clients, colleagues etc.).
