Build 1960- 1963 Building was put into use on 13 June 1963 as a purpose-built building with a capacity of 339 seats . Work entitled Retirement home . In the first year of opening the device has received 258 inhabitants of Liptov Kysúc and Orava . Preferentially recruited people from flooded village due to the construction of the Liptovská Mara . The device was then 173 double rooms .
In 1994, the District Office in Liptovsky authorized capacity reduction due to interest beneficiaries residing in the rooms alone .
