Chandkooru Shri Durgaparameshwari temple. The hystoric Ayutha Chndika Yaga took place here in 1996. The then Prime Minister Mr.Deve Gowda had visited the fuction. This is one of the oldest temple in Belthangady Thaluk. This is called Shakthi Temple. There is no possibility that a person who visits here escapes from the Grace of Mother Durga Parameshwari.
