Located in the Puget Sound area of Washington between Renton and Kent, Boulevard Lane is a quiet suburban neighborhood. The land is bordered on the west by Meeker Junior High school, a quiet county park, and the Soos Creek wetlands. Fox Estates, a small neighborhood incorporated into the Lane, lies to the north. Our neighboring community Forest Estates stretches across our east border. To the south is our entryway and exit to 192nd street, and the Fairwood Assembly of God. The Kent School District covers our area, providing our children with Carriage Crest Elementary or Ridgewood Elementary, Meeker Junior High, and Kentridge High School.
