Itbayat, officially the Municipality of Itbayat (Tagalog: Bayan ng Itbayat; Ilokano: Ili ti Itbayat), is a municipality in the province of Batanes in the Region 2 of the Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 2,867 people.
