Urban project from 1899, consisting of four, very similar corner houses at the intersection 'Generaal Van Merlenstraat' and the 'Waterloostraat'.
Out of the uneven shape of the plots and the curved course of the road was drawn perspective advantage.
In 1975 the properties were protected as architectural heritage (ID: 11116)
