Breadalbane Academy is a combined Nursery, Primary and Secondary and caters for pupils from 3-18 years. The Secondary department is the Six-Year Secondary School for the whole of the Highland District of Perthshire. It receives S5 pupils from Pitlochry High School and pupils from an area bounded by Killin in the West, Dunkeld in the East Amulree in the South and Kinloch Rannoch in the North-West.
