The metal structure rises above the water surface of nearly one and a half meters. Memorable buoy is in the form of a truncated pyramid-painted in red and white colors, as required by the rules of international navigation. On one side of the structure is attached commemorative plaque indicating the calculated data meteorite exploded in the sky over the Chelyabinsk region and fell into the Chebarkul lake February 15, 2013.
Weight commemorative metal construction - 320 kilograms. On-site buoy holds the 14-meter range with a 120-kilogram anchor tee. In the manufacture of this buoy authorities allocated from the budget of Chebarkul more than 50 thousand rubles.
