James C. Fludder, architect: A brick 2-story, hip-roof building with pedestrian entrance at the west end of the façade’s first story and two vehicular entrances at center and east, 6-bay second story, bracketed cornice, late 20th-century dormers above the façade, and large late 20-century jerkinhead dormer above the west elevation. The tension between the rhythm of façade’s first- and second-story fenestration is untutored, yet dynamic, and adds considerably to the building’s appeal.
