The building, located at the same address as the "House of the pharmacy." Is one of the most unusual houses of the time on the street, and in general in Kiev at the time. In fact, it is - a small house insert between the buildings and the number 6 angular house № 6/11. Built in the 1910s in the style of historicism. The walls are made of artificial blocks of size 20 × 40 × 20 cm. The left side of the facade - travel in the yard, and on travel - light patio. The house has three floors and a total of four apartments.
