Established in 1967 for the production of complex radar systems in the shipbuilding industry.

The plant specialized in the production of ventilators, medical sterilizers, radar equipment, medical metal furniture, armored doors.

Since 2008, it has almost completely ceased operations.
In 2011 it was included in the Ukroboronprom Concern.
Since 2015 the Concern attempted to revive production, but so far no progress has been made.
