This project was awarded to Village Zainapora in year , Circa 1988-89. Earlier the large land was leased to central govt for production of Raw material for drug discovery. After lease expiry the Govt of J&K in collaboration with govt of Bulgaria started the project, ADVANCE CENTER FOR HORTICULTURE DEVELOPMENT.
The said Land is around 264 Acres in measurement. Right now all variety of fruits are grown there for commercial purposes & research work. Fruits like, Cherry, Apple, Pear, Apricot etc are farmed here.
