A 2½-story, mansard roof commercial block with full-width wood-and-plate-glass storefront on the façade’s first story, 4-bay articulation with bracketed-projecting-lintel windows on façade’s second story, 2-over-2 windows, bracketed cornice and bracketed-gabled dormers. A late 20th-century rail-enclosed roof deck is centered on the upper slope of the roof.
