Don't let the name fool you. Don't rent here! In this building there are too many insects its horrible! Mold is everywhere on the walls, in the bathroom, in the living room, and even in the bedrooms. It's horible!

  • This is so true. Instead of calling these building "Chateau Lacordaire" they should have been called chateau insects specially cockroaches. Mr. Lafond, the building attendant is a very arrogant man his wife Yvette is ok but the man is just an awful man.
