Frightening, 10 storey abandoned building

It's quite an odd place - a half-finished, abandoned building. Construction was never completed, there are just floors and pillars - no walls, windows. It's been like this for more than 10 years now.
This place is outside the city, you can get there using one road only.
This place made me feel strange - almost like after atomic bomb explosion :)
